PROCESS CONTROL PANELS (PCC)

Process Control Panel: Process control  panels is used to control various process in industrial and commercial  applications from a centralized location with manual and automatic operational capability. PCPs are usually of Air Circuit Breakers as incomer, and MCCB / Switch Fuse Unit, overload relays, contractors, motor starter, automatic on/off unit etc as outgoing.   Few applications of PCPs are heat controlling panels for swimming pools, panels for controlling temperatures in Heat Oven in various industries like  production of fuels, chemicals and plastics etc. Refrigeration and cold room panels and  Sewage Treatment Plant Control Panels are other examples of this panel.
